    Description

    This is a very nice Cordon Bleu BIA porcelain quiche or tart dish.  It is white with tiny blue flowers around the rim and on the inside of the dish.  It is in very nice condition with no cracks or crazing but it does have a tiny chip on the rim which is hardly noticeable (see last picture).  The pan looks like it has never been used.  It is 9-3/4" in diameter and 1-3/8" high.  The bottom is marked BIA Cordon Blue Porcelaine de Chine Hand-Decorated in U.S.A. Especially made for R. H. Macy Co., Inc. Microwave & Oven Proof.
