Condition: Good condition! I do see a few surface imperfections such as scratches, especially on the bottom green base. I also see a few places where the paint has chipped off, like the edge of the hat on top. When you pull the feet out / down, which is where you put the incense, you can see on the metal round disk that it is discolored, and most likely because someone did use it at least one time.

Yes, I know, this wood figurine is not your typical incense burner, but it has such a neat folk, cultural feel to it. Perhaps because it was made in Germany! Also, as it is concealed, no one would even know you are burning incense in it! It does stand at 8" tall. This guy has his mouth open and pipe in hand, so when burning some incense, it will travel up and out of the mouth! As mentioned in my condition section, it is in good condition with only a few slight surface imperfections... such as the scratches on the green base, and the black paint chipped off the edge of the hat. I do think this could be touched up. I also noticed some discoloration on the metal disk on the inside, where you place the incense. Please check out my photos for more details. Made in Germany!!! The only markings on this are on the base where it says Made in German Democratic Republic.
