Vintage Vantines Incense Burner.  Sitting Chinese man with pipe in his lap.  When incense is burning, smoke comes out of the man's mouth and pipe.  Burner has a dark wash with some loss of paint.  "Vantines" "1209" is marked on bottom.  Produced in the 1920'S by Vantines.
